1. Who you are. You are an independent Growth Partner of OffersBangla. You are not an employee of OffersBangla and may not represent yourself as an employee or make commitments on OffersBangla's behalf.
2. What you do. You find local businesses, help them join OffersBangla, go live, publish offers and stay active.
3. What you must not do.
- Charge a business for joining or for your help.
- Promise anything OffersBangla does not offer (for example free Premium or special discounts).
- Use misleading information about OffersBangla, rewards or Premium benefits.
- Create fake businesses, offers, customers or activity.
- Register your own business, or the same business twice, for rewards.
- Share a business's or a customer's information with anyone.
4. Rewards. Rewards are earned only when a business you recruited pays for Premium:
- Premium: after its free Premium time ends, the business buys Premium and that paid Premium period stays active for at least 30 days;
- Premium 90 days: the business is still on paid Premium 90 days after its first paid Premium started.
Each reward is earned once per business. Nothing is paid for sign-ups, for a business going live, or for free Premium. OffersBangla checks every reward and may reject it when the rules are not met or misuse is suspected. Amounts are those in force when the reward is earned.
5. Payment. Approved rewards may be paid monthly according to OffersBangla's payout schedule, to the payout details you gave. You are responsible for your own taxes. If a paid reward is later found to be wrong, it may be deducted from later payments.
6. Information. Use what you learn about businesses only to help them. How we handle your own information is in the Privacy Policy.
7. Ending. Either side may pause or end the partnership at any time. Approved rewards are still paid. In case of misuse, unpaid rewards may be cancelled.
8. Changes. OffersBangla may change reward amounts for future rewards, with notice to you.
