Damages due to misuse of product Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product Any consumable item which has been used or installed Products with tampered or missing serial numbers Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same. Please check the product at that time of delivery. If it is not to your liking or is damaged/defective, you can return it on the spot. But if the product is not damaged though you refuse to receive the product that case you have to pay 10% of the product price as delivery and labor charge. Customer can replace or return the product with in maximum 7 days of time period, but in that case, customer has to pay 10% of the product price as delivery and labor charge. If you are located in Dhaka city, then you will be able to avail pickup facility from specific areas. If you are located outside Dhaka, then you need to book the product in below address and send it through Sundarban Courier Service.
