In order to further solidify and nurture this trust, MYTH.com offers the option to return products in the event that they are damaged or erroneously designed. In such cases, fresh products will be provided as replacements. Should you find any reason to be dissatisfied with your order, it can be returned, provided that your item adheres to the following criteria: 1. The return is initiated within 03 days from the delivery date. 2. All items intended for return or exchange must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and must not be broken or tampered with. 3. If the item was accompanied by a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned. 4. Refund or replacement for products is contingent upon inspection and verification by the MYTH team. 5. The availability of stock with the supplier determines the feasibility of a replacement. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued without further inquiry. It is important to note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge will not be included in the refund value of your order, as these charges are non-refundable.
