Products purchased online or showroom you can be exchanged from any of our showrooms across Bangladesh. In that case, the purchased product must be unused and must have bill copy or mobile SMS. Product change period is 15 days. You can exchange the purchased product for the same product or any other product. Discounted products cannot be exchanged.
